Last updated: 26 October 2026

Important: These Terms govern your use of this website only. They are not an insurance contract. Any insurance policy is a separate agreement between you and the insurer, on the insurer's own terms.

1. About this website

Contact: [email protected]. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. This is an advertisement

The Site is an advertisement. It is not a news article, blog or consumer protection update, and it is not provided by a government body. We are an independent affiliate advertising publisher that promotes Seniors Choice life insurance. We are not an insurer, insurance broker or agent, we do not underwrite or sell insurance, and we do not give personalized insurance, financial, tax or legal advice.

4. Requesting a quote

When you click an offer link, you leave this Site and go to the insurer's or its representative's website or application, where their terms and privacy policy apply. If you submit information to us and consent, we may pass it to the insurer or its representative so they can contact you. You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete. You must be at least 18 years old and a Canadian resident to request a quote.

5. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: use it unlawfully or fraudulently; submit another person's information without authority; interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site or its security; use bots, scrapers or automated means; or copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, graphics and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Seniors Choice and other third-party names and marks belong to their owners; their use does not imply endorsement beyond the advertising relationship described above.

7. Third-party links and content

The Site contains links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

8. No warranty

We aim to keep the information on the Site accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the Site, from a decision about insurance, or from the acts or omissions of the insurer or any third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your province or territory that cannot be waived.

10. Privacy, cookies and electronic messages

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We and our partners send marketing messages only in accordance with applicable law, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown above. Please review them regularly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You may bring proceedings in the courts of Ontario, except that if you are a consumer resident in another province or territory, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your province or territory and may bring proceedings in its courts.

13. Severability and language

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are written in English; on request, the parties have expressly required that the Terms and related documents be drawn up in English (Les parties ont expressément exigé que les présentes soient rédigées en anglais).
